 Pam’s
success and popularity in producing her wedding
books is down to her friendly yet professional
approach. Her relaxed and unobtrusive style
does not interrupt with the natural flow of
the day … yet she produces images with
a difference.
Having captured those special ‘Moments
In Time’ with her creative images, she
then produces them into a 'Story-Book’
of your 'Perfect Wedding Day'. |
Meeting Prospective Clients |
 Pam
is always willing to meet prospective new
clients in the comfort of their own homes
with their partners and families.
She will show all the different styles and
types of wedding books available, and give
a final price at your meeting for each specific
requirement, capturing prices for all.
The price will remain ‘locked’
once a deposit has been paid for 24 months
(non-refundable).
Once the wedding has been booked Pam will
arrange to meet one month before the wedding
date for a long discussion regarding the images
to be taken on the day. Also to choose the
style of the wedding book, amount of images
to be included, page finishes etc. At this
date the balance for the wedding book will
be due.
Pam only covers 1 wedding per day and is not
restricted to the amount of images taken or
the amount of time allowed at each wedding.
She will stay until the ‘mock’
cutting of the cake, before the reception
begins.
 An
‘option’ on her weddings is to
return for an ‘extra fee’ for
a few hours on the evening function. This
will need to be arranged at the original booking
stage otherwise this time cannot be guaranteed. |
On The Day Of The Wedding |
Pre-wedding images of the bride and bridesmaids
‘getting ready’. These will include
several ‘natural’ shots which
are ideal to be included in the wedding book.
Being a female photographer is an added advantage
for my brides where I can be unobtrusive yet
creative and most of all understanding to
possible ‘pre-wedding’ nerves.
I will take the images of the groom and best
man before the ceremony if time allows, or
if not, later in the day.
I will take a large selection of images at
the church or place of ceremony.
I will take a large selection of images at
the reception venue.
I will return on the evening if required (for
an optional fee). |
3 - 5 Weeks After The Wedding |
I will deliver the images (preview size) on
DVD to the bridal couple where they can choose
the images in the comfort of their own home,
at their own computer.
They will then have 2 - 4 weeks to choose
the images they require for the book and give
me the details, so I can create the images
into their wedding book.
6 - 8 weeks later I will deliver the wedding
book completed with the parents books (if
ordered) and small booklets etc all at the
same time.
Any individual images can be ordered separately
in a selection of sizes - framed or unframed.
A selection of images will be shown on-line
when the bride and groom have chosen their
images. They can then be viewed or ordered
by friends and relatives. |
